At Kempas Goat Farm, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and Refund Policy:
Livestock
We assure you that all our goats are healthy and adhere to stringent health checks and guidelines. Buyers are welcome to examine the goat from top to bottom before finalizing the purchase. As the nature of our business involves the quick slaughtering of the purchased livestock, all sales of live goats are final and cannot be returned.
Frozen Goat’s Milk
Our goat’s milk is supplied in a frozen state and can be stored for up to 6 months in this condition. Once unfrozen, the milk must be consumed within a few days.
In the unlikely event that our milk spoils right after unfreezing, customers can bring the spoiled milk bottles back to our farm for a replacement. We kindly ask customers to return the spoiled milk within 7 days of purchase, and the replacement milk will be of the same quantity as the returned one.
General Conditions for Return and Refund
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The decision of accepting a return or offering a refund lies solely with Kempas Goat Farm, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our policy conditions.
